We are very pleased to announce that we are enhancing our claims reporting system with a web portal designed to give you direct and immediate access to your organization’s key information.

Some highlights include:

  • A simplified claims reporting process.
  • The ability to view claims, access claim notes and other key loss data.
  • The ability to view and print OSHA logs on demand.
  • If you have HR, Safety or DOT services with ECRM, you can access notes entered by our service team.
  • Soon we will be able to post additional information, such as your employee handbook, safety manual, training certificates, training videos or toolbox talks on the same platform.
In case you were unable to attend one of our client portal informational webinars, we are making the recording available to view on-demand.
