The acquisition of Felice Associates, based in Greensburg, PA, further increases ECRM’s value in the Management Consulting industry. Felice Associates has a long and rich history having been in business for 45 plus years providing labor relations and human resource expertise to businesses throughout the U.S. This acquisition will significantly strengthen ECRM’s capabilities to assist clients with their labor relations issues, such as collective bargaining, contract negotiations, grievance resolution and management training, especially in the public sector. In addition, ECRM acquired Felice Associates’ proprietary wage analysis process so that it can offer market-based pay structure services to both the public and private sector.
