ECRM is pleased to announce the hiring of Jim Spencer to the position of Senior Human Resources Consultant. Jim comes to us from two different manufacturing facilities in the modular home building industry where he concentrated on succession planning, performance management, recruitment, employee retention, policy development, handbook creation, employee relations, OSHA, workers’ compensation, benefits administration, job descriptions, and much more. Jim earned his Associates Degree in Business Management from the PA College of Technology
