Post it. Don’t Post it. Okay, Post it. But postpone it…

Don’t blink.  You might miss something.

As we told you in our last blog, after an initial postponement, the current deadline for employers to post the National Labor Relations Board’s Employee Rights Notice is the end of April.  Well…since then, Judge David C. Norton, of the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina, overruled the NLRB mandate in his state.  He decided it was unlawful for the Board to issue such a requirement.  This latest development may yet result in another postponement nationwide.

For now, however, April 30 is still considered the absolute deadline for posting the notice…for now.  Stay tuned.
